What is full surrender and how fast do I get the money?
Full surrender terminates the policy and pays you the full cash surrender value. Most families receive funds in 3-7 business days directly to their bank account. It shows clearly in your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime and take the money for emergencies?
Yes. This is exactly what the emergency cash feature is designed for. You can do a full or partial surrender directly from your profile at any time.
Does my family still stay protected after I withdraw money?
Yes. Even after withdrawals, the remaining coverage continues to protect your family. You can also reactivate or increase coverage later.
Is this available in Germany / Europe?
Yes. We support German residents with full German language support and local banking options. Many families in Berlin, Munich, and Dortmund are already using it.
Do I need a medical exam to get covered?
Most applicants qualify without a medical exam, based on a short health questionnaire completed during registration. Higher coverage amounts may require additional underwriting.
How is my cash value calculated?
A portion of each premium goes toward your policy's cash value, which grows over time on a tax-deferred basis. Use our calculator for an illustrative estimate based on your age, premium, and time horizon.
What happens if I miss a premium payment?
Your accumulated cash value can cover a missed payment for a grace period. If your policy lapses, you can reactivate it later, subject to review.
Can I change my coverage amount later?
Yes. You can request to increase or decrease your coverage and monthly premium from your dashboard or by speaking with an advisor.
